Terms & Conditions/Cancellation policy:
PADI Asia Pacific Pty Ltd RTO #6729 http://www.padirto.com/ delivers all training & assessment and issues the Statement of Attainment for ALL VET courses on this website. Courses are conducted locally in Bowen by First Aid Bowen under a third party arrangement.
All course fees are to be paid in full at time of booking.
Once your course fees are paid, you are confirmed in the course booked.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex) through our online booking form. The online credit card payments are processed through PayPal although you do not have to have a PayPal account to use the payment system. Credit card payment can also be made over the telephone. Payments of cash, eftpos and credit card can be made in person at our office.
We realise there may be occasions that necessitate cancellation by a participant in a scheduled course. Upon booking your course with us you agree to the following cancellation policy*:
Cancellations/Rescheduling/No Shows
• Course cancellation with 10 business days or less notice forfeits the course fees.
• Course cancellation with greater than 10 business days’ notice allows for course fees paid to be refunded minus a $15 Administration fee.
• Rescheduling to alternative course start dates with greater than 10 business days’ notice is done without charge .
• Rescheduling to alternative course start dates with 10 business days’ notice or less can attract a $50.00 administration fee.
Participants who do not show up for scheduled course will be considered a “no show” and will forfeit all course fees paid.
The RTO Trainer guarantees to conduct the assessment for the student when full payment of the course fees has been made. Should circumstances occur where the RTO Trainer is unable to provide the service that the student has
contracted to s/he will be refunded all monies paid in full.
*All requests for refunds or rescheduling must be received in writing or via email to info@firstaidbowen.com.au. In order for refund/rescheduling to be valid, participant must receive acknowledgment from First Aid Bowen that request has been received.
If a participant arrives late for a course which prohibits the participant from having the opportunity to complete the necessary presentations, skill demonstrations and knowledge evidence required for earning the Statement of Attainment for the course it will be necessary for the participant to reschedule to another date for the same course. There will be no refund of original fees paid and there will be a $50 transfer fee.
Replacement of lost Statement of Attainment:
Should a past participant require a replacement Statement of Attainment, the fee for this is $20 and the participant will be required to confirm their name and produce photo ID when requesting the replacement certificate.
